See the video, with narration, called “The Road from Project Manager to Agile Coach” on YouTube. It is in two parts of about 10 minutes each (Part1, Part 2). It’s a re-recording of the talk portion of a workshop given at the Scrum Gathering in Chicago in April 2008. The workshop starts off breaking mindsets with some radical thoughts, then goes into what it is to BE an Agile Coach, what it means to coach high performance teams and ends with a tidbit on Powerful Questions one can take away and use. I’d love to hear your thoughts once you see the video.

Hey Lyssa,
Kane and Tobias did me the huge favour of pointing me to your presentation on YouTube, as I missed this talk at the gathering (my bad).
It’s nothing less than a magical compendium of wisdom that contains the essence of what every wannabee Master of Scrum needs.
I will start by making it compulsory (OK: highly advocated!) viewing for all the ScrumMasters and managers I coach.
Thanks for this most valuable contribution to our craft.

Thanks, Peter. Glad you find it useful. It was a creative catharsis to get this “out there.”

Hi Lyssa!
Excellent videos! They really bring out the essence of facilitation. These where very good things for me to reflect over. I am myself traveling the same road, so this really brought good value for me! Thank you!

Great, great videos.
I am amazed at the clarity and passion that you bring to the topic. This is such an important topic and you have done a great service to everyone undergoing this change thought process.
Thanks again!
