Something I’ve been thinking a lot about lately are the roles in Agile. Agile Coach, Product Owner and – yes – even Agile Manager. They each have their place, their purpose, and they make or break an Agile team. This makes them vitally important. In my experience, teams *get* Agile. Comparatively, teams have a smooth time adopting Agile. It’s these leadership roles that need a deeper exploration.
Come exploring with me. Check out Interlocking Roles in Agile on YouTube. And, as always, please share your thoughts.
